The Ocean County Planning Department has completed a draft copy of the PY 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) of the Ocean County Consortium Consolidated Plan. The public is invited to review the PY 2024 CAPER at the Ocean County Planning Department website https://www.planning.co.ocean.nj.us/ from August 27, 2025 through and including September 11, 2025.

The Ocean County Board of Commissioners intends to submit the PY 2024 CAPER of the Ocean County Consortium Consolidated Plan on September 26, 2025 to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Newark Office, Region II.

The Consolidated Plan is carried out through Annual Action Plans, which provide a concise summary of the actions, activities, and the specific federal and non-federal resources that will be used each year to address the priority needs and specific goals identified by the Consolidated Plan. Grantees report on accomplishments and progress toward Consolidated Plan goals in the CAPER.
