Ocean County has revised the timeline following receipt of official funding allocations from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The County invites the public to the Commissioners' Regular Board Meeting, where attendees can review and comment on proposed activities, funding priorities, and community engagement strategies. These relate to housing, infrastructure, and community development under the federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships programs, which aim to address local needs and support low- and moderate-income residents.

Ocean County Board of Commissioners Meeting

Submission to HUD

Ocean County will submit the finalized Plans on or about Thursday, August 14, 2025 to HUD. The County will review all public feedback received during the comment periods and incorporate it as appropriate.
