Ocean County CDBG CAPER Public Hearing #4 Notice

Ocean County invites residents, stakeholders, and organizations to participate in the public hearing for the Five-Year Consolidated Plan and the draft PY 2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). This hearing offers an opportunity to review and provide feedback on the progress and outcomes of activities funded through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnerships programs, which have addressed community needs and supported low- and moderate-income individuals during the past program year.

Public Review

The draft PY 2024 CAPER will be available for public review and written comment during a 15-day comment period from August 27, 2025 - September 11, 2025 using the following methods:

Submission to HUD

The County plans to submit to HUD on Thursday, September 26, 2025. Public feedback received during the review period will be included.
