Proposed Auction of Preserved Farmland

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Board of Commissioners of the County of Ocean has authorized the auction of a permanently preserved farmland property designated as Tax Block 390, Lot 11 in Toms River Township, containing approximately 9.77 acres. The property is proposed to be sold by Ocean County, subject to deed restriction for agricultural purposes, at an auction proposed to be held on January 27, 2022 at 11A.M. in Room 119, at 101 Hooper Avenue, Toms River, NJ 08753.

A public hearing on this proposed auction will be held in the Third Floor Conference Room at 4:00P.M.
